The M-65 Field Jacketwas an improvement on the M-51 Field Jacket. With some changes fromits predecessor such as the introduction of velcro instead of buttons in the cuffs and at the collar, the M-65 also has a built in hood that's hidden in the collar. The jacket is made inwindproof cotton sateen cloth andfeatures four pockets on the front and adrawstring waist, just like the earlier versions of the Field Jacket. The olive drab version remained in serviceuntil theearly 80s and was then replaced with a woodland patterncamouflageversion.

This is a Vintage original from 2001.It has been used a lot and has the been getting a patina thats just amazing. The jacket has no visible damageexcept for the zipper that ha beenrepared with a keyring. It works just perfect despite this.

Allmeasurementsare in centimeters and measured on a flatsurface. Width ismeasuredstraight across the chest from armpit to armpit, length is measured at the back of the garment from the neck down and the sleeve length is measured on the underarm from the armpit to the end of the cuff.
